Meet Owner JD Elam
For the majority of my career, I have worked in the IT world, starting with newspaper publishers and hard drive companies. It was a prior colleague who inspired me to attend Unitech to get my MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and I feel this move is what jump started my career in IT.
I have always had a natural inclination towards troubleshooting and learning how things work, from computers to networking, to boats (an odd project but one of my most recent adventures). I enjoy learning which is a good thing as this is an industry that requires constant education.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking my two dogs (Bess is pictured here) to new hiking and camping locations where we can enjoy the outdoors together.
