Moving into a new office building? Our team will evaluate the office layout as well as how you intend to use the space in order to determine the best locations for access points, routers, printers, and more. We work seamlessly with any other vendors (such as ISPs, phones, and printers) to efficiently wire your building for optimal use. This is one of our favorite jobs as it allows us to create a clean, organized layout for your office from day one.

Once we know how your space will be used and where the best locations are for ports and access points, we'll get to work ordering any necessary hardware, setting up workstations (including fax machines, printers, etc.), and any other items that are necessary for your business. Our goal is to create a turnkey office space that you can walk into and use immediately.

For people moving into an existing building, we can coordinate the necessary changes that need to be made at the existing areas within the office which includes ensuring there are enough power plugs and data jacks to have a clean and functional office space. We may also add new access points/wiring depending on how you will use the office.

Server Replacement and Installation

One of the main reasons for server replacement is that the server is no longer under warranty. This can cause disruptions to business operations and result in significant costs, should an issue with the server arise. It is important to consider the cost of downtime when deciding whether to replace a server, as the cost of a new server may be comparable to the cost of a day of downtime.

With a supported server, vendors typically provide parts and maintenance within a few hours, minimizing the impact of any potential issues. If a server is still under warranty, our team will act as a liaison with support to ensure that any issues are taken care of promptly. Should a new server need to be installed, we can schedule the upgrade after business hours to minimize further disruptions to the business; you'll leave for the weekend and come back on Monday to your new and improved system!
