The Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) outlines specific requirements for companies that correlate with consumer rights over their personal data. The following information reflects our processes at Elam IT Solutions in relation to the CCPA requirements.

For privacy reasons, we may require photo ID in order to receive your file. We are legally required to respond within 45 days of your inquiry and disclose all information in your file.

• Opt-out of Data Sales and Marketing. Elam IT Solutions will never sell your information for any reason without prior approval.

How is Client Information Stored?

Client information is stored in a double encrypted software that only select employees have access to.

All client information provided to Elam IT Solutions is used in order to provide services to our current customers as well as communicate and respond to inquiries from potential customers.
